Neurodevelopmental Diagnostics Services for Adults, Children and Young People across Norfolk and Waveney

The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of a diagnostic service that ensures that children with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs

This service will be for children under 7 years of age. Additional information: The framework covering this Lot which shall be put in place to fulfil any future requirements (according to the procurement documentation) will have an initial term of 1 year with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to funding?
