The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025 (with the option to extend to 31st March 2026), following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.
The approximate value of the contract for 12 months is £208,712.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 2 April 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an
intention to award under the PSR.

Investment review group 27th February 2025. There were no conflict of interest identified in the decision making process. The criteria for evaluation for Potential Future Performance had the following weighting : Quality and Innovation: 20%; Value for Money: 20%; Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability: 20%; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice: 30%; Social Value: 10% The criteria were applied with their respective weightings as specified. Current Performance: Assessed against Pass/Fail thresholds of overall score above.
