North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Relevant Authority) who intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of a Children's Speech and Language Therapy in County Durham. This service specification outlines the requirements for delivering a children's speech and language therapy service across County Durham. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, commencing on 01 April 2025.

The goal is to provide a coordinated and collaborative approach that addresses the diverse needs of children and their families, ensuring that every child receives the right support at the right time in the right settings.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, commencing on 01 April 2025.
