Coverage: 3 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleGiven the critical nature of the project and programme, and the interdependencies with a wider programme of works, it is essential that a service provider is appointed as soon as possible to progress with Stages 4-6 to meet the timescales. As Studio SJM Architects Ltd were previously appointed to provide design works up to RIBA Stage 3, appointing them for Stages 4-6 maintains continuity of design, expertise and technical knowledge of the project and stakeholders as well as the buildings and interdependencies, and allows the project to progress in line with the master programme. |
