Coverage: 6 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleIt is mandated in government legislation that National Security Vetting is applied to those appropriate persons. The only supplier of the process is United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and all nuclear industry vetting is managed through the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) as the Nuclear Industry Regulator.
This is mandated in Government Legislation and the ONR are the Vetting Authority and Regulator for the Nuclear Industry as designated in the NISR 2003.
Approved under Schedule 5 No:5 (a+b) single supplier justification, under PA2023 and Public Procurement Regulations 2024. |
