Merthyr Valleys Homes’ requirement for the Demolition of Existing Garages and Construction of Car Parking Bays at Yew Close, Merthyr Tydfil.

The works include the demolition of existing garage structures and the construction of new permeable car parking bays with associated drainage and reinstatement works. The contract duration is expected to be approximately 16 weeks.
