- Change This contract modification is to notify an increase in the contract price to GBP 541,287.83 (all figures excluding VAT). This is to incorporate a number of unanticipated client amends and an extension of time. This additional work and the extension of time could not have been foreseen. Changing contractor in the middle of the work was unviable due to economic (switching would cause significant inconvenience and duplication of costs) and technical reasons (requirement to meet grant funder timescales). The changes do not alter the overall nature of the contract. Practical Completion is now anticipated to be reached 30th June 2026.
