Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 70 active published awards; 15 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
MOPAC currently holds a contract for the provision of the Public Attitude Survey (PAS), Telephone and Digital Investigation Unit (TDIU) survey and User Satisfaction Survey (USS). Previously, we have contracted these surveys within one contract. The PAS currently conducts 19,200 face to face interviews each year across London, with a minimum of 600 interviews per London borough per annum. The USS survey is a 20-minute telephone interview and achieves 9,600 interviews per year. The TDIU survey is a 10-15 minute online survey and achieves c.9,000 interviews per year. These surveys have been conducted for many years and provide MOPAC and the MPS with valuable trend data and detailed insights into public perceptions of policing and crime in London and victims' experiences. It is vital that robust and long-term trend analysis can continue into any future contracts, and that sample sizes are sufficient for analysis of different demographic groups and at borough level.
