Provision of Mk3 N-Visage Gamma Imaging System to deliver remote gamma imaging inspections to support retrievals, remediation and spent fuel management. Equipment was purchased due to obsolescence issues experienced with the existing MK2 N-visage unit. The N-Visage Scanner is the only instrument which meets Sellafield's requirements for restricted access through camera inspection ports when delivering site radiometrics characterisation work. Direct Award utilising Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR) due to competition absent for technical reasons.
