This is also available to INTO Newcastle University LLP (a JV between Newcastle University and INTO University Partnership Ltd)

- Change The nature of the modification is the continuation of the original framework services to the extent that they are required by clients during the extend period of three months., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The justification for this modification is to allow comprehensive completion of a complex procurement exercise which will allow replacement framework availability.
