Lot awarding rule: Full details are in the tender documents. Conditions of participation are in the tender documents. The tenders will be evaluated 60% on price and 40% on quality. Pricing will be evaluated using the total contract sum in schedule 3, part C and will be subject to the following calculation: Tenderer Points Scored = Lowest Tenderer Price * 60 Tenderer Price The price scores and quality scores will be combined to determine the most advantageous tender.
