The building aims to blend into the landscape by following the geometry of the hillside through the incorporation of natural roof edges, gradients and materials. Current budget construction cost is circa 16m Proposed contract is SBCC Design & Build 2016 with amendments that requires a design and build contractor to take a RIBA 3 design with a novated design team (Architect, C&S Engineers and MEP Engineers) to completion.",
