strengths-based approach.

It is envisaged that the service will include various elements, including community mental
health champions, outreach floating support, emotional well-being drop-in spaces and the
use of peer support. The focus will be on supporting individuals in making informed choices
about their care and support fostering stronger community connections, promoting social
inclusion, and providing access to training, employment, and education opportunities.
