Tender submissions are expected to be made as a single tender response, supported by a general specification and separate organisation-specific schedules/specifications setting out MEH and UCL IoO requirements.\nAt award, there will be two separate contracts: one between MEH and the successful supplier, and one between UCL (as the contracting entity for UCL IoO) and the successful supplier, with separate budgets and commercial schedules. UCL is not a Contracting Authority for the purposes of the Procurement Act 2023 and MEH is not procuring or contracting on UCL's behalf; UCL intends to contract under its own contractual arrangements, and its participation is on the basis that it is not bound by the Procurement Act 2023.\nThe relocation is scheduled for 2027. Planning will take place during 2026 and early 2027 to plan and de-risk the move programme.
