    • Financial Management, ≥98% of invoices submitted are accurate and reconciled to approved Buyer Briefs, agreed quotations, purchase orders and actual media spend.
    • Social Value Delivery, Delivery of social value and sustainability commitments under the Contract, including a minimum of two knowledge transfer,training or capability-building sessions per Contract Year for UKHSA communications staff, with delivery evidenced through contract management reporting.
