Coverage: 21 active published awards; 19 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Maidstone Borough Council is inviting interested parties to take part in a supplier engagement process regarding the proposed refurbishment of the Archbishop’s Palace, Mill Street Maidstone ME15 6YE.
At this stage the Council is undecided about how best to procure the proposed building works bearing in mind the heritage importance of the building and the consents required for certain works.
