Lot 1

Lancashire County Council (LCC) is in the process of undertaking an exercise to commission flu vaccinations for LCC employees on LCC premises. We wish to engage with key stakeholders in relation to a potential competitive procurement of the services. Previously, a Market Engagement questionnaire was conducted to hear from potential applicants about this proposal and to gain insight into whether the requirements set out in the draft specification are reasonable. Following a review of the responses, it has come to our attention that a further virtual information event could be useful for potential tenderers. The topics which will be covered in this further market engagement virtual event will include: - The scope and description of the service - Our expectations from the successful provider - A brief overview of our requirements for the new service - Accessing Oracle Fusion/Social Value Portal - Typical documents to expect If your organisation is interested in attending, please provide the following details in an email to Tracy.Pickens@Lancashire.Gov.UK and a virtual Microsoft Teams invite will be sent to you: - Name of Organisation - Name of Attendee(s) - Contact email address Following the market engagement event, LCC may advertise the procurement of Workforce Flu within the next 12 months. A draft specification will be available. A recording of the Market Engagement event and the presentation slides will be made available on this page for future reference and for those unable to attend. LCC reserves the right to amend what is set out in the market engagement. Any process that may be conducted will only be in accordance with the procurement documents that are published. Additional information: LCC reserves the right to amend what is set out in the market engagement. Any process that may be conducted will only be in accordance with the procurement documents that are published.

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 85. The category anchor is Miscellaneous health services (85140000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. Indicative price outcome

£107,349 is the median lowest-valid-bid benchmark for the broad CPV market sample, against this procedure’s published value of £165,000.

This is a historical comparator, not a bid-price forecast or a guaranteed saving. It excludes records where the published values cannot be sensibly compared and does not adjust for lot structure, quality weighting, framework terms or scope.
