Coverage: 70 active published awards; 15 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Mayor of London's Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is committed to an approach in tackling violence that is rooted in prevention and early intervention. Our key focus in stopping violence from happening is through investing and providing better access to positive opportunities for young people, families and communities. That's why we're launching the third iteration of the Stronger Futures programme, the VRU's flagship after-school and holiday activities programme. More than 19,000 young people benefited from support, guidance and access to opportunities after school, at weekend and during the school holidays within Stronger Futures 2.0 that ran between 2023-25. We have built on the successes of previous iterations and listened carefully to feedback from you and from young Londoners. This has shaped our understanding of what more is needed to support grassroots organisations and larger VCS organisations to deliver effectively and to work in partnership for the benefit of young people and the diverse communities affected by violence. Purpose of the Market Engagement The VRU invites partners to a Market Engagement Session to discuss requirements for future commissioning of the Stronger Futures 3.0 Programme. This programme will strengthen the VRUs after school and holiday offer to young Londoners in reducing violence across London, providing positive opportunities and wraparound support during the core hours of 3pm-10pm after school, and during school holiday periods. The focus will be on: Delivery of the programme requirements Supporting community organisations to build capacity and become more sustainable Details on type of after school and holiday activities the VRU are seeking Next steps on applications process Following this Market Engagement Session we will be sending out details of the Grant Management company who will lead and support the application process for Stronger Futures 3.0, with support and guidance to ensure organisations are eligible for the funding opportunity, while also allowing ease of application process within a short time frame of submission deadline. Event Details The event will be held online via Teams, once you have registered your interest you will receive an invitation to the engagement event please read below. Date: Tuesday 20th January 2026 Session: 11:00am - 12:00pm To register your interest in attending, please email: VRUCommissioning@london.gov.uk The deadline for registering your interest is the Monday 19th January - 12:00pm Please note this advertisement is in no way a call for competition and should not be considered an offer of contract.
