Market Engagement for the Provision of Non-Custodial Procurement for Integrated Offender Health Services (Birmingham & Solihull, Staffordshire and Stoke-On-Trent, and Black Country)

The Integrated Offender Health Services incorporates Liaison & Diversion, Peer Support, RECONNECT and Mental Health Treatment Requirements into one service. This will enable a seamless service with flexibilities within the workforce model to respond to the complex needs of individuals in the criminal justice pathway.

For this service provision, NHS England would like to encourage innovative solutions including strategic alliances which will deliver value for money and improved services to patients. The service provider will be required to deliver an outcome based high quality and integrated Offender Health Service which operates at various points of the criminal justice pathway including police custody, courts, community and prison release within the stated areas and across the Police Force footprint.

The contract term for this procurement will be 3 years with an option to extend by 2 years (3 + 2 = 5) therefore 5 years in total.
