Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Westminster City Council (the "Authority") will be embarking on the recommissioning of a Residential & Funded Nursing Care Service within Beachcroft Care Home. This follows an open tender exercise earlier this year where the Authority did not award a contract. Previous market engagement has been undertaken where the Authority hosted a virtual market engagement event providing an opportunity to discuss and seek feedback from interested service providers on the service model and how these services can be delivered in the future. This market engagement will be: • An opportunity for service providers to visit our flagship purpose-built 84 bed care home • Explore the configuration of the home

As part of the second stage of our market engagement, service providers with experience of delivering these types of services are invited to complete a market engagement feedback form and are offered the opportunity to visit the care home. The aim of the market engagement is: • An opportunity for service providers to visit our flagship purpose-built 84 bed care home • Explore the configuration of the home To register your expression of interest and complete the questionnaire please kindly visit our e-tendering portal; www.capitalesourcing.com and search for the following reference: pqq_WCC_1723 by 09:00 on 22 November 2021. Site visits are anticipated to be held on week commencing 22nd November 2021. The visits will be individual per service provider organisation lasting for a duration of up to 1 hour with a maximum of two attendees. Time slots for the visit will need to be arranged in advance of the visit via the e-tending portal by 15:00 on 17 November 2021. All visitors will need to be fully vaccinated, take a Lateral Flow Test on arrival and be able to present evidence of vaccination status before entering the property. Please note: • Participation in these engagement events will not exclusively include or preclude any service provider from participating in any further competition. • Participation in these engagement events should not give rise to expectations that service providers will have an agreement to make service offers to the Authority. • Full details of the service requirements will be published with the tender documents as part of the ITT. • This is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so. • The Authority will not reimburse service providers for any expenses incurred as a result of participating in these engagement opportunities.
