Market engagement event - ADHD & Autism Recommissioning
Authority: NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (Central government)
What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionNHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB (HIOW ICB) is developing a local accreditation approach for all-age Autism and ADHD services to support consistent standards of quality, safety and delivery across providers. HIOW ICB is inviting current and prospective providers to participate in a hybrid provider market engagement event concerning the emerging future model for all-age Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment and the ADHD medication pathway across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The event will cover services for children, young people and adults, including locally commissioned and Right to Choose provision. The ICB is seeking informed market insight before finalising its future service requirements, refreshed local accreditation documentation and associated commissioning arrangements. The market engagement event will share the ICB's emerging approach to local accreditation and seek provider feedback on its feasibility, requirements and implementation. We particularly want to understand provider capability, practical considerations and potential risks, before the accreditation model is finalised.
The event is open to current and prospective Autism and ADHD providers interested in local accreditation. Organisations do not need to currently hold a contract with NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight to participate.
