The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services and if there are any issues that would prevent a provider in applying and how these may be mitigated.<br/><br/>NHS England East Midlands (NHSE), the Offices of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCCs) and Police Forces within the Lincolnshire are seeking providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver SARC provision for adults (18 years and over). <br/><br/>The areas covered within the recommissioning exercise West Lindsey, East Lindsey, North Kesteven, Boston, South Kesteven and South Holland. The SARC is located in the city of Lincoln.<br/><br/>The recommissioning exercise will aim to increase equity of access and ensure a consistent and high standard of quality care to victims of sexual assault. The service will be delivered in line with current national standards, guidance and best practice, and at the same time meet the local needs of the Force area.<br/><br/>If you are interested in providing these services, please register on the e-procurement system, Atamis and submit a completed market questionnaire. A draft service specification is available.<br/><br/>It is the intention of the commissioners to arrange a face to face market engagement event following analysis of the submitted questionnaires.<br/><br/>This exercise is being managed by NHS Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM) on behalf of the Commissioner.<br/><br/>Organisations wishing to submit a questionnaire will need to register on the Arden GEM Atamis website and complete the questionnaire at the following location:<br/>https://healthfamily.force.com/s/Welcome<br/>The Questionnnaire should be completed by 2 pm on Friday 13th September 2024. The Atamis reference is C296564. Additional information: These services are healthcare services falling within the Health Care Services, (Provider Selection Regime) (PSR) Regulations 2023.
