Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Our Future Health is a charity that is building the UK's largest ever health research programme, designed to help people live healthier lives for longer through the discovery and testing of more effective approaches to prevention, earlier detection, and treatment of diseases. A supplier(s) is required to provide services across the UK to facilitate 2.5 million people joining the programme and providing a blood sample by the end of 2025.
A service provider(s) will be responsible for elements of in-person participant enrolment, which likely includes but may not be limited to:
i. Supply and management of fixed venues and/or mobile units (DDA compliant Access, HBN Compliant, HTN Compliant, overnight security, power, heating/cooling provision, air circulation, reception, waiting area, choice of bays areas, area for staff). Identifying, surveying, and securing suitable locations
ii. Recruitment, training, and management of clinical staff to triage participants, collect body measurements (for example, blood pressure, height and weight) and blood samples
iii. Procurement, management, and supply of stock items such as blood tubes
iv. Responsible for legal and compliance issues related to providing and managing locations for enrolment of participants into a health research programme
v. Quality assurance of service levels in-line with an agreed SOW
During enrolment into the programme volunteers will be asked to consent to the programme, fill out a health questionnaire, and provide a blood sample. They may also be asked by clinical staff to provide body measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure. Some of these aspects of the programme may have been completed online, before the in-person visit on Our Future Health's platform.
