Appointment of a main supplier for the construction of a new one and a half storey Community Hub at Mampitts Green, Shaftesbury (SP7 8PG).

Works include building construction, utilities, external areas, and landscape enhancements that improve the overall setting and public realm. The Hub is intended as a flexible, multiuse facility supporting community groups, wellbeing activities, small events, family programmes and general local services.

Lot awarding rule: Initial assessment of bids will take into account a review of bidders responses to the Procurement Specific Questionnaire as set out in the part A document). With regard to assessment of bids to deliver the works there are 5 set "pass / fail" questions plus quality method statements and price. Criteria: Quality 50% Construction, Delivery and Quality Delivery Team Project Management, Programme Criteria: Price 50% Sub-Criteria - See Schedule of Works Full details as set out in Tender Pack (Part A - Invitation to tender).
