Coverage: 40 active published awards; 31 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleThese are bespoke databases that have been designed and maintained by the current provider (ICIFM). It has been decided to convert these databases to SQL format during the next 12 months. Once in the new format, a service contract will be tendered for. Given the short contract and the need for a provider to get up to speed with bespoke coding, we feel that a satisfactory outcome with another service provider is unlikely. |
