Published description of the framework
The Framework Agreement will primarily operate through the use of mini competitions, although the Buyer reserves the right to make direct awards where appropriate and in accordance with the framework terms. It is anticipated that mini competitions will be undertaken at least twice annually for the provision of marquee hire and associated services for two separate graduation ceremonies (summer and winter), each requiring support for approximately four consecutive days. In addition, suppliers may be invited to submit quotations for up to eight Open Day events per year, typically requiring marquee provision for a single day, with a minimum of two quotations sought where practicable. The Buyer reserves the right to vary the frequency and scope of requirements throughout the framework term in line with operational needs.
