Published requirement descriptionThis contract is for a local bus service with the options of routes listed below.
It is intended that a contract will be awarded for one LOT only, which will be the most economically advantageous option to the authority and there will be no appointment to the remaining LOTS.
Please note that the authority does not accept any liability for any bid costs, expenditure, work or effort incurred by a Tenderer in proceeding with or participating in the procurement of any of the LOTS, and any Tenderer participates in the LOTS at their own risk understanding that the authority may only award under one LOT.
The values given in this notice are only estimations and are for the initial contract period of 12 months including the option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month periods. The authority gives no guarantee or warranty or makes any representation as to the accuracy of any indicative volumes or as to the value of the work during the contract period.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
In accordance with Regulation 86 (Notices of decisions to award a contract), Regulation 87 (Standstill Period) and Regulations 91 (Enforcement of duties through the Court) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
Transport Service Solutions will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to review and scrutinise the award decision before the contract is entered into.
