Published requirement descriptionThe Borough Council of Calderdale (the "Council") invites Tenders from those who wish to be considered for the Living Well with Dementia - Community Support, Advice and Information Service (the "Service"). It is anticipated that the contract will commence 1st April 2022 for a period up to 31st March 2025 with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The service is to be delivered throughout the Borough of Calderdale.

Quality will equate to 90% of the total evaluation scoring criteria and price will equate to 10%.
Minimum: We will operate a threshold on the Quality responses, any submissions that achieve below 50% of the quality scores available will be deemed to be non-compliant and will be eliminated from the tender process
- Price carries 10 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 1 point. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
