What is being bought

Published requirement description

Our intention is to create a one stop shop lighting framework to frequently draw upon to design, supply, upgrade/repair and fit lighting. The contractor will need to review current systems, provide a design for an upgraded low energy version, supply and install.

Recurrence: In 4 years time we may look to the market to run this tender again.
