Coverage: 25 active published awards; 24 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe Council's current Thrive Mobile Application is limited with regards to functionality and is unfit for purpose. At current, the Thrive App is currently supported by DCC and requires substantial upgrade to maintain functionality which has a considerable cost and resource impact for DCC therefore, the purchase of a new Leisure Services Mobile Application is required. The Application must integrate with the Council's Leisure Management System (LMS), XN and the MyFit Application provided by Innovatise is the only App that integrates with the Council's LMS, XN. |
