Coverage: 17 active published awards; 16 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleWe do not believe that it is possible to offer this contract for competitive process because it relies on utilising an existing hardware fleet that has been leased under a previously tendered contract. These devices are now out of their originally agreed lifespan but, due to under use, are still in excellent working order. Other vendors would not have access to our existing devices and would not, therefore, be make a competitive offer. |
