the appointment of a design team to deliver ventilation upgrade works within the Women's
Hub (Template 101). The scope of the works includes the replacement of the air handling
unit (AHU), associated ductwork, and ceiling modifications to ensure compliance with
WHTM 03:01.

- Condition of participation
Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience in the design and delivery of healthcare ventilation schemes compliant with WHTM 03:01 or equivalent standards.
Evidence of successful delivery of similar projects within live healthcare environments is required.
All key personnel must hold appropriate professional qualifications (e.g. CIBSE, IHEEM, RIBA, etc.).
Tenderers must hold valid and appropriate levels of professional indemnity, public liability, and employer’s liability insurance.
Tenderers must not be subject to any grounds for exclusion under Regulation 57 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
A minimum of two references from recent comparable projects must be provided.
