Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The overarching objective of the project is to reduce fuel poverty and cut carbon emissions by improving the energy efficiency of the targeted homes, aiming to bring them up to an EPC level C where practical. This contract is to provide services to the Council to support delivery of the scheme and to install the approved measures. In addition, the Council has applied for additional funding under the LAD3 / LAD1B/ HUG and for future energy projects as these are made available. In the event that the Council is successful in securing further funding, the Council reserves the right to extend this contract to cover the additional measures, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

If the Contractor is able to provide this, this contract may be extended by mutual agreement to include the delivery of up to 34 additional owner occupier households for the same measures as Phase 2, or for external wall insulation (maximum of 20 EWI properties) (private rented homes are only eligible under LAD2).
