Works comprise the routine cleaning and disinfecting of common close areas to communal residential properties.
The contract duration is twelve months with the option to extend by a further 48 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
