The aim of the Service is to provide an Integrated Community Equipment Service that enables Service Users to live as independently as possible, in their chosen home, and enables Health and Social Care Services to function effectively and
without delay. Facilitate hospital discharge policies and prevent otherwise avoidable hospital admissions and preventing Service Users from developing more complex needs and protecting
them and their Carers from harm or injury.
