A scheme of work has been produced to undertake essential roof repair works at Kendal Police Station. The current condition of the roof presents an increasing risk of water penetration, damage to the building fabric, disruption to operational activities and escalating maintenance costs. The proposed scheme will mitigate these risks, protect the OPFCC asset base, and ensure that the building remains fit for purpose in supporting policing operations. The works are essential to maintaining a safe, compliant, and operationally effective estate.
