Coverage: 343 active published awards; 32 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The JETPAK programme will require the implementing partner (s) providing direct technical assistance, and grants to medium and large firms. The programme will primarily be funded through Resource-DEL (RDEL), with a Capital-DEL (CDEL) component. The programme will focus on achieving outcomes in the following areas: • Increase in value-add exports • Investment mobilisation • Development of local consultancies in standards, operations, GESI, business support services etc • Improved financing offer in high growth sectors During the session, further details about the programme will be shared. Suppliers will have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback on the scope and design, and express their level of interest helping inform the route to market. Example of the questions which are expected to be answered by the suppliers: • What delivery models or approaches would you recommend for supporting secondary market actors such as financial institutions, skills providers, and industry associations? • What experience do you have in delivering technical assistance and/ or grant programmes to medium and large firms in emerging markets? • What are the key challenges and risks you foresee in delivering a programme focused on value-add exports, investment mobilisation, and business support services? • How could the programme best support the development of local consultancies in areas such as standards, operations, GESI, and business support? • What innovative or proven approaches have you used to improve access to financing in high-growth sectors? • Do you have any feedback on the proposed use of Resource-DEL and Capital-DEL funding mechanisms in the programme design?
