IWM/2526/LON/3471: Level 4 Plant Deck Refurbishment Project at IWM London

IWM is tendering for a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Level 4 Plant Room at IWM London. This project involves the removal and offsite disposal of all existing mechanical and electrical (M&E) plant and ductwork from the Level 4 plant deck. The contractor will also remove the current weatherproofing from the plant deck and supply and install new weatherproofing. Following this, the contractor will supply, install, and commission new M&E plant and ductwork to the same area.
