Dundee City Council is seeking a bus (PSV) operator to act as a partner bus company to support a shuttle bus service between Dundee City Centre dedicated Pick Up and Drop Off Zone (PUDO)(Slessor Gardens) and the Dedicated Event PUDO Dunsinane Industrial Estate on a daily basis during the Radio One Big Weekend event running between Friday 26th May 2023 to Sunday 28th May 2023.

- Suitability
A Contract can only be awarded to a Tenderer who holds the necessary licence to operate the service, in the case of the shuttle bus service, this is a PSV Operators Licence.
- Technical & professional ability
the Tenderer must be in a position that it has or will have for the commencement of the contract adequate resources in terms of employees, vehicles and Discs under the PCV Operator’s Licence to carry out and fulfil the Contract
- Price carries 70 of 170 points: a 10% discount moves about 7 points. Quality carries 100 of 170: the paper moves it further than the discount.
