Coverage: 44 active published awards; 44 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Mora Burnet House is a 35 unit extra care sheltered housing scheme in Swiss Cottage. The scheme offers an alternative to residential care for older vulnerable people who have multiple needs including varying degrees of physical frailty, learning disabilities, mental health and dementia or a combination of them. As well as providing tenants with the care and support they need, the services help to develop their independent living skills and to link them into appropriate services.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedcancelledPublished valueNot publishedThe scheme offers an alternative to residential care for older people by supporting older vulnerable people to live in their own tenancies in a dedicated building so they can retain and develop their independent living skills and be linked into appropriate services. The importance of tenants’ opportunities to contribute to the life of the scheme and all associated decisions will be central to the ethos for the service. The scheme also provides high-quality care and support to vulnerable older people with multiple needs, including varying degrees of physical frailty, learning disabilities and mental health needs including dementia. It is anticipated that the number of tenants with dementia accessing the service will increase over time. The scheme will provide care for people from Camden’s wide range of communities. The service will be accessible, appropriate and welcoming for people of different religions and cultural backgrounds and will be proactive in developing a service that recognises and values diversity.
