Coverage: 2 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedactivePublished value£277,290This specification covers both the service at Northampton General Hospital (NGH) and Kettering General Hospital (KGH) aka University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group. The purpose of sourcing an external management referral service is to support effective management of employee health and wellbeing and reduce sickness absence; and to comply with our duty of care to employees. The service should be provided in a timely fashion to support the ongoing work of individual Managers and HR Business Partners/Advisors to allow them to support staff during periods of sickness absence and ongoing health concerns. Current situation Due a national and local shortage of qualified Occupational Health (OH) staff, it is necessary to source services externally to cover the shortfall in the current service for management referrals. Referrals are accepted by the in-house OH service and triaged to an appropriate clinician which may be an OH Physician, MSK Physiotherapist (NGH) or an OH Nurse.
