No preliminary market engagement: Market Engagement was previously carried out and the associated notice 2025/S 000-028403 was linked to the previous tender opportunity which was abandoned ref: 2025/S 000-062220. This new tender opportunity is to replace the previous one mentioned above.

Option to vary contract to include additional functionality / software modules to Core Solution: During the Term of the Agreement, the Council may require the Supplier to provide additional modules to the Core Solution, for example: •Family Portal •Lone working function •Integration with GP and NHS platforms to provide secure access to prescription data and other relevant healthcare information. •Integration with PCS (Person centred Software & MCare for Care Plans •Integration with Mosaic social care management system Other Desirable Functionality In the event additional modules becomes necessary to improve the functionality of the Core Solution, the Council will make a request to the Supplier using the Change Control Procedure detailed in Schedule 10 of the Agreement and an additional Charge for the functionality will be agreed between the Parties.
