There is the potential for an option to extend the for up to 1 year(s), depending on both the success in achieving the required outcomes and availability of further funding. Under PA23 schedule 5(8) the Council reserves the right to make a direct award to the successful supplier under this contract for any future procurement involving repeat works, services or goods
