The Councils hereby advise that they are triggering their reserved right to withdraw from the above procurement process as provided for in paragraph 5.2 of the published Invitation to Tender. Following a review of information provided during the tender process, the Contracting Authority has identified material inaccuracies that cannot be rectified, which necessitate the termination of the procurement. This opportunity will be re‑tendered as soon as possible. We will be inviting suppliers who submitted a bid to re-tender for the updated opportunity. |
