The modification is solely for the lifetime value of the contract, with an effective date from 1st April 2026. — Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The Local authority public health grant allocation received uplifts to contribute towards pay pressures from NHS pay awards. This modification was required to increase the lifetime value of the contract to redistribute appropriate funding to the provider. This increase will support covering recurring cost pressure of NHS staff on Agenda For Change contracts that the provider incurred since the award of this contract, and for the remainder of the contract.
