Submissions in respect of Lots 1, 2 and 3 will only be accepted from insurers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to underwrite insurance business in the UK.
Submissions in respect of Lot 4 will also be accepted from suppliers who are UKAS accredited to provide the relevant services.
- Economic & financial standing
Credit Rating: Bidders in respect of Lots 1, 2 and 3 must be rated at least “A minus (-)” with Standard & Poor's or equivalent rating with another ratings provider.
Insurance: Bidders must hold, or commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance stated in the Contract Notice.
