Contract for insourcing of clinicians for urgent care support at Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust sites.<br/><br/>Our intention is to award the contract to the existing provider following PSR Direct Award process C.<br/><br/>The estimated lifetime value of the contract is £1,586,000 for the period from August 2024 for 1year with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 16th August 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

An assessment was undertaken looking at key criteria; Quality and Innovation; Value; Integration Collaboration and Service Sustainability; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; Social Value. The framework assessment used highlighted how the current provider is meeting each of these objectives. Current provider shows high level performance against service specification and agreed KPI’s which are used to evaluate performance.<br/><br/>Decision made by the Executive Team on the 13th June 2024, as part of IS paper which went to the cabinet meeting for official sign off. The approval from the cabinet was received.<br/><br/>There were no conflicts of interest.<br/><br/>Representations may be sent to Daniel Lee ([email protected]).
