The system facilitates the efficient management of Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Individual Rights Requests, Third Party Data Protection requests, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Data Breaches, EIR Property Searches. Key features include workflow automation, role-based access control, audit trails, deadline tracking, and customisable templates to ensure timely and compliant handling of all requests. In addition to case tracking and workflow management, the system includes functionality to publish an FOI Disclosure Log, enabling public access to previously released FOI responses in compliance with transparency obligations.

Review procedure

The council will incorporate a standstill period from the point at which information within this notification is published. The notification will provide full information on the award decision, the standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, this provides time for organisations to scrutinize the award decision before any contracts are entered into i.e. the end of the standstill period will be 13th September 2024.

Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SINO102) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by a breach of the regulations to take action in the high court (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland).
