        "description": "Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is seeking to establish a single contract with Mind Pembrokeshire for a second year (2025-26), in line with a pilot initiative funded by Welsh Government (WG) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide a specialist  employment  service for adults with disabilities, including mild to moderate health conditions, wellbeing and mental health issues called Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC).\nThe service, which has been operational since July 2024, will continue to provide key outcomes for the Health Board in terms of supporting people's recovery and improving their health and wellbeing and increasing their opportunities for sustainable paid employment, thus ultimately reducing caseload numbers.\nIndividual Placement Support is highly specialist and delivery partners must adhere to working its eight (8) key principles:\n- To get people into competitive employment in the open labour market\n- It is open to all eligible people who want to work.\n- It tries to find jobs consistent with people's preferences.\n- It works quickly (Place, Train and Maintain)\n- It brings Employment Specialists into clinical teams.\n- Employment Specialists develop relationships with employers based upon a person’s work preferences.\n- It provides time-limited, individualised support for the person and their employer.\n- Access to specialist benefits advice is included.\nIn line with the funding requirement providers will need to:\n- Continue to Provide services to participants\n- Undertake Fidelity Reviews during the IPSPC Funding Period\n- Have experience of working with individuals with mental health\n- Have established employer networks already in place across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, and continue to promote the service and establish new links throughout the duration of the service delivery\n- Continue to adhere to working in line with the eight (8) key principles of Individual Placement Support\n- Have knowledge of the relevant services and established links with locally commissioned services for people with disabilities and health conditions aged 16 years or older to enter work\n- Have established relationships with DWP partners across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire and continue to engage and develop relationships throughout the duration of the service delivery\n- The Delivery Partner must have knowledge and links to similar services the health provides (including contractual)\n- Have comprehensive knowledge of the local labour market across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire\n- Have established effective working relationships with Mental Health, Local Authority and Primary Health partners Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire",
