What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Children Acts 1989 and 2004 stipulate that a Local Authority has to appoint an Independent Visitor (IV) for any child they are looking after if the Authority thinks it would be in the child’s best interests. - Price carries 40 of 40 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
